1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and swcv2 ("swcv2," "Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"). 2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

swcv2 services are intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your swcv2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You must notify swcv2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

swcv2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to use your account for any purpose.

You must immediately update your account information if any details change, including contact information, payment methods, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

swcv2 accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and over-the-counter payments at authorized locations. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. swcv2 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. 6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the swcv2 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG and cannot be manipulated by swcv2 or players. You agree to play games in good faith and in accordance with their intended purpose.

Prohibited activities include: using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, participating in chip dumping or other forms of cheating, reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game software, and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcome, swcv2 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes placed on that round. Continued play after becoming aware of a malfunction is prohibited and may result in voiding of all winnings from affected games.

Prohibited conduct includes: abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward other players or swcv2 staff; use of offensive language or hate speech; attempting to defraud swcv2 or other players; sharing or publishing content that violates intellectual property rights; and any illegal activity conducted through or related to the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the swcv2 platform, including software, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, game content, and trademarks, is the property of swcv2 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from swcv2 without express written permission. 8. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with swcv2 services is to stop using the platform and close your account. In no event shall swcv2's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

swcv2 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily for investigation purposes if we suspect violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform. 9.2 Termination by swcv2

Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balance may be withheld if termination is due to fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations. 9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting swcv2 customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire balance or forfeit remaining funds.
